We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

- Google (Google Sheets, Google Apps Script and Gmail) to keep a record of form submissions and to send us a notification email for each one, so we can track and respond to them.
These providers may process or store information outside your province or outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. They may only use it to provide services to us.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
Safeguards
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access.
